Matthew is a chartered accountant and leads the property and asset planning division of GRA. As an experienced property investor, developer and adviser he is a recognised New Zealand property expert. Matthew is in demand as a speaker and media commentator, and is the author of Property 101.

Maggie manages subdivision projects for Property Central, GRA clients and Matthew Gilligan's personal portfolio. With a keen eye for detail she supervises the initial design concepts, coordinates consultants and consents, and oversees compliance during and after construction. Maggie also guides clients tackling management of their first development project and advises on a variety of property matters.
